In March 2019 I contacted Brent Nemish at Linear HVAC Solutions regarding some suspected issues in my house with the HVAC system as I had water seeping through one of the ceiling vents. Brent promptly set up a date to inspect my HVAC system. Upon a very thorough inspection of the system Brent patiently and clearly explained what his findings were along with some photos he had taken during his inspection so that I was able to visualize the damages that had occurred due to condensation. He then supplied my insurance company with a concise report including photos. Unfortunately insurance does not cover this type of claim. Brent then set up a date for two of his men to come in and do a complete re-wrap of insulation to all the pipes after removing all insulation that had gotten damaged. The two men he dispatched to complete this job were very friendly, hardworking and polite, also explaining to me what issues they had encountered and what they had done to remedy the issues. I would highly recommend Brent and his company to anyone dealing with HVAC systems. He is honest, very professional and trustworthy. A big thank you to Brent and his team for an excellent job!

Making funny noises? Our 43-year old creaking furnace had to go! After a lot of research, I decided to buy a new 97% efficient furnace, and with recent blistering outside temperatures - to couple it with a home AC unit. As a package, the final cost was settled on and was as good as any I could find in Red Deer. Through word of mouth and using due diligence, I went with this local company. The installation was very professional and timely. The invoice arrived only after I was happy with the system. That's my kind of contractor!

The installation went well and the unit was cooling my home great there was a little hiccup but a call to Brent at Linear HVAC and he was at my home on a Saturday fixing it up so it was running perfectly and hasn't missed a beat since. I certainly didn't expect a call out to check my unit on the Saturday of a long weekend. I would highly recommend the team at Linear HVAC Solutions.
