In March 2019 I contacted Brent Nemish at Linear HVAC Solutions regarding some suspected issues in my house with the HVAC system as I had water seeping through one of the ceiling vents. Brent promptly set up a date to inspect my HVAC system. Upon a very thorough inspection of the system Brent patiently and clearly explained what his findings were along with some photos he had taken during his inspection so that I was able to visualize the damages that had occurred due to condensation. He then supplied my insurance company with a concise report including photos. Unfortunately insurance does not cover this type of claim. Brent then set up a date for two of his men to come in and do a complete re-wrap of insulation to all the pipes after removing all insulation that had gotten damaged. The two men he dispatched to complete this job were very friendly, hardworking and polite, also explaining to me what issues they had encountered and what they had done to remedy the issues.
I would highly recommend Brent and his company to anyone dealing with HVAC systems. He is honest, very professional and trustworthy. A big thank you to Brent and his team for an excellent job!
